The compact EasySet dashboard provides simple and accurate adjustment of application rates. Two hydraulically operated metering plates, each with three discharge openings, ensure even fertiliser flow from the hopper to the spreading discs.

High-quality vanes are essential for maximum spreading performance and daily output. Hard fertilisers with sharp edges, especially at high flow rates, can increase wear and shorten vane life. Worn vanes create unreliable spreading patterns, leading to uneven nutrient distribution and possible yield loss.

XHD wear-resistant vanes are designed for long service life and dependable performance. Made from Duplex stainless steel, they feature a Chromium carbide coating for increased resistance to wear and corrosion. This extremely hard protective layer is applied at high temperature to improve durability.

The coating does not affect spreading accuracy, ensuring consistent patterns, reliable performance, and long-lasting value for farmers.

Kverneland offers the ExactLine system or manual and hydraulic border spreading plates for accurate border spreading. ExactLine can be adjusted for all fertiliser types and working widths, with easy operation from the tractor cab. On CL GEOSPREAD, HL, TL, and TLX GEOSPREAD models, ExactLine can be fitted on both left and right sides.

For one-side boundary spreading, the tractor operates about 2 metres from the field edge. For boundary track spreading, the tractor drives in the first tramline and spreads to the border at half working width.

The Border Spreading Indicator shows which border device is active, either on the spreader display or in-cab terminal.
